The Methodology
Here’s the difference; it’s not just a workout, it’s not just building muscle, it’s not just losing fat - it’s a total human approach that takes into account all pieces of the puzzle.
It’s time for “Go Hard or Go Home”… to go home. The adolescent mentality of the fitness industry overlooks the bigger picture - and it hurts.
In comes the doctor with the pain relievers and the “Don’t do X-Y-Z anymore”.
A few years later you wonder why you feel old.
Your body is a complex web of interconnected muscle and connective tissue that affect each other from head to toe. The food you consume can do anything from nourish and heal, to severely sicken. Your mental, emotional and spiritual states of well-being can manifest themselves in a very real physical way.
It’s vital to look at the big picture.
My approach takes into account all of the above. It incorporates traditional resistance training (strength, power, cardio, balance, etc.) with components you’d experience in physical therapy, yoga, group fitness, and more. This all ties in with nutrition coaching, and my deep passion for helping others find a way-of-being that helps them live harmoniously with the world around them.

Restorative Personal Training is a method of training that utilizes the body’s natural function and capacity to build and repair itself; leveraging that to get the strength, physique, and mobility you want - in a sustainable way, with consideration for longevity.

This method of training is for anyone with a human body. Each of us has a unique history and set of circumstances that takes expression in our physical state - but the underlying mechanisms and function of the body are generally similar, and we could all benefit from this process.

Easy is relative. A twenty year old athlete’s program will be very different from a sixty-five year old retiree. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, and progressively challenge your status quo, in a sustainable way, to help you grow and evolve into who you wish to be.
Change is challenging. It will take work. You will always be challenged, but at a level that is appropriate to you. -
Location is flexible, and includes the following:
- Outdoor covered tropical patio gym at my Normal Heights residence
- The Yard Gym in Normal Heights (select times and days)
- Outdoors at a park or your space (equipment provided)
- Your residential community gym
- FaceTime / Zoom
- NUTRITION COACHING is done via phone/online and is available to anyone, regardless of location

A monthly assessment/workout-session to establish your current state and needs for the following month - after which I wil provide you with a routine to execute on your own. Best option for someone who is more experienced with movement and prefers a lower financial commitment.

A holistic approach to developing and maintaining better eating habits. No diet. No strict calorie/macro tracking.
We will work together to better understand your current relationship with food, fill-in any educational gaps regarding nutrition, and build new habits in a sustainable way - to get you to where you desire to be, and keep you there.
This plan does not include personal training.
SPECIAL INTRO PRICE - $149/month
